Our Signature 9” Ricotta Pie (serves 8-10) is a beloved Fratelli’s favorite since 2005. Award winning, secret family recipe!

All enclosed in a buttery, flaky crust and topped with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar.  The ultimate treat for any occasion—whether you're celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a simple, yet unforgettable dessert after dinner.

Your Ricotta Pie arrives in an insulated box with ice packs to ensure it stays fresh during transit as well as a cake board to easily remove the Pie from the tin. Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately and consume within 7-10 days. For longer storage and enjoyment, this pie can be frozen for up to 6-8 months.
